- Where is our data kept?
- On your own computers or server, or on our Cloud server if you choose it. Either way, it is never shared with anyone else.
- What happens if the internet goes down?
- If the software is installed on your premises, nothing — you keep working. Cloud access needs a connection, like any online system.
- How do we move from our current system?
- We move your customers, patients, stock and balances for you and check them against your own figures. You keep working on your old system until it is done.
- Who do we call when something goes wrong?
- The people who built the software. You can also raise a support ticket online at any time.
- Do we need new computers?
- Usually not. Our software runs well on normal computers. If something you have is too slow, we will tell you on the first call.
